Die Cuttin' Divas #395 Birthday Celebrations Challenge

Hi guys! I hope everyone is doing well and Welcome back for another DCD challenge.

This weeks challenge #395 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Birthday Celebrations

and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

I started with an A2 size card and trimmed one inch off the top half of the card base than used a corner punch to round the other half of the card base. The chevron printed paper is from The Paper Studio "Happy Birthday To You SIR!" paper pad and I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Mermaid Lagoon distress ink. The balloons and the Happy Birthday are cut out from Spellbinders "Layered Happy Birthday" die set. I inked the balloons with Tim Holtz Festive Berries distress ink. For the Happy Birthday die cut I covered it with Versa Mark ink than applied Gold Tinsel embossing powder. The tiny stars are from My Creative Time "4X4" Journal Die + More set.

I made a pocket holder to hold cash and added a circle to the life side for some journaling .  I really love the way this came out and I think it would make a card New Years Birthday card.

Die Cuttin' Divas #393 Anything Goes Challenge

Hi guys! I hope everyone is doing well and Welcome back for another DCD challenge.

This weeks challenge #393 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Anything Goes
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

I decided to make a Mickey Birthday card for this challenge. I found this super cool card base on the Cricut "Birthday Bash" cartridge and added two more layers of starts to the main star and cut some smaller ones out to use as embellishments. I also added some yellow Stickles to the yellow starts. The super happy Mickey Mouse is form Cricut "Mickey and Friends" cartridge.

I think the layer starts with Mickey Mouse would be perfect for a scrapbook page.

I also added two layers of starts to the inside.

Die Cuttin' Divas #387 Tic -Tac -Toe Grid Challenge

Hi guys! Welcome back for another DCD challenge and I hope everyone is doing well.

This weeks challenge #387 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is a Tic -Tac -Toe Grid
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

I had so much fun making this card for a special little girl and love the way it turned out.

For my card I went straight down the middle. I used Cricut Elegant Edges for the oval shape and made it into a shape card. Ariel is from Cricut Disney Princess Dreams Come True cartridge. The sentiment id from Pretty Cute Stamps "Wish Big" stamp set and the wave pattern paper is from Echo Park "Let's Be Mermaids" 6X6 paper pack. I inked the pattern paper with Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon Distress ink. I also used clear sequins to go all the way around the oval which I really like how it made it pop.

Die Cuttin' Divas Dragons challenge #352

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!
Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

This weeks challenge #352 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Dragons
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE
For my project I went with an SVG cut file from Simply Crafty Svgs which I found through Pinterest. I thought this dragon was perfect for a masculine card. I don't know about you but I have a hard time making masculine cards so I was super happy when I found this dragon. He was simple to put together especially with the help of the video that Janet has for it. The sentiment is from Pink By Design "Scripted Year" stamp set.

It's Your Birthday!

Hi crafty friends hope everyone is doing well.

Today is my day to post over at Pretty Cute Stamps and I would like to share a Birthday card I made in honor of our Pretty Cute Stamps "Let's Celebrate" challenge going on now till September 10th. To create my card I used the beer mug from Pretty Cute Stamps "Happy Hour Faces" and one of the faces as well (love that face).  I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Color Markers to color the beer mug, used a snow marker pen for the foam and cut it out by hand. The green water color circle I had in my scraps. For the arrows I used Pretty Cute Stamps "Awesome Arrows". The orange arrows I colored in with Time Holtz Distress ink and the sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Happy Hour Sentiments".
I will also be entering this card into the Sunny Day Crafting Always Anything Goes challenge HERE, as well as the PDE Linky Party HERE.

I cut the foam out a 2nd time and layered it on top so that it would pop more.
