Die Cuttin' Divas #396 Thanksgiving or Thanks Challenge

Hi guys! I hope everyone is doing well and Welcome back for another DCD challenge. 

This weeks challenge #396 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Thanksgiving or Thanks

 and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

For this challenge I made a Minnie Mouse shape card as well as a 5X5 card. I got the Mickey shape head from Cricut Disney Font cartridge  and cut it out in fall paper. The bow is from the Cricut Tsum Tsum cartridge and I removed the circle/dots from it because I didn't want it to take away from the fall printed paper.  Inked the Mickey shape head with Tim Holtz Tea Dye and Walnut Stain distress ink. For the bow I inked it with Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalde distress ink. The yellow printed paper was inked with Tim Holtz Fossilized Amber distress ink. The "So very" and "for you" I stamped with My Creative Time "Alpha Pack" and the thankful is from a google image that I made into a cut file in Cricut Design Space.

Die Cuttin' Divas Sketch #385

This weeks challenge #385 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is a Sketch 

 and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

 I made an A2 size Baby Shower card for my husbands co-worker. The rattle is from Cricut Sugar and Spice cartridge and I removed the little ducky it had on it as well as a strip that was behind the scalloped circle. I used the Mickey Mouse face silhouette from Cricut Mickey Font cartridge and than I added the Minnie Mouse bow which is from Cricut Mickey and Friends cartridge and went over it with a clear Wink of Stella. 

I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. 

The sentiment is from Pink By Design "Baby Love" stamp set. I embossed one of the white pieces of paper with Cuttelbug Love Language embossing folder and added two little Mickey heads.

Die Cuttin' Divas Golfer's Day challenge #364

For my project I used Cricut Mickey Font for the Mickey shape head to put over the golf ball and the golf club is from Cricut Father's Day. Before I glued the Mickey head I embossed it with Swiss Dots folder. I used MCT Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More on the green pattern paper. The sentiment is from Pink By Design Animated Greetings 2 stamp set.

Die Cuttin' Divas Sketch challenge #363

 For my card I cut out Pluto from Cricut Mickey Font and glued him down to an oval die that I cut out from MCT Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies. I also used MCT Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More to cut out the printed paper. The black enamel hearts are from Recollections and the sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps Doggone it!

I really love how this turned out and I hope my hubby will to since I made this card for his birthday.

 For my project I made a Mickey card (surprised? so am I lol....). I used Cricut Mickey and Friends for the hands and Cricut Mickey Font for the Hi, There! Ears. I added some Christmas Red Stickles onto the the Mickey ears (looks better in person) and the sentiment is from Pink By Design Take the Cake stamp set. I used my Tim Holtz Tonic Studios Paper Distresser on the black and white polka dot printed paper.

Die Cuttin' Divas Valentine's Day challenge #356

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!

This weeks challenge #356 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Valentine's Day

 and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE. 

For project I went with a card from Cricut Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge. I decided to replace the o in love with a Minnie. Minnie Mouse is from Cricut Disney Mickey Font cartridge. I really love how Minnie Mouse makes the card pop and I'll be honest I had a smile the whole time making this card. I added some wink of stella to Minnie Mouse bow and did some stitching around the card with black ink to finish the card off.

Disney Stars

Hi Everyone! I would like to share a layout  I did for a challenge over at Designs By Ashley Rock. I'm really loving her layout sketches. If you scrapbook or even make cards make sure to check out her blog. 

I worked on these pictures over a year ago and totally did not like the way it came out. I always said I would redo it and I finally did Thanks to Ashely's sketch layout challenge. Now I totally LOVE it. I do have 3 more pictures that go with it and will make it a two page layout.
