Die Cuttin' Divas National Coffee Day (coffee or shades of brown Challenge

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!

This weeks challenge #334 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is National Coffee Day (coffee or shades of brown) and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE

For this challenge I decided to make a shape card as well as a A2 size card. To make the Mickey frappuccino I used the straw and lid from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Icee Cutting file
and for the cup part I used Pretty Paper Ribbons Java Great Day cutting file. The Mickey head I got from google and made it into a cut file. Both of the sentiments are from Pretty Coffee Sentiments stamp set. Disney and coffee what a perfect blend (at least for me😊).

I used my paper studio wood embossing folder for texture and than went over it Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink.

I used  nuvo crystal drops for enamel dots.

Thank you for stopping by today and don't forget to stop by the Die Cuttin' Divas Blog

to check out the rest of the design teams fabulous projects HERE.
Hope you have a great day!

Hey Girl

Hi, and Happy Thursday!

Today is my day to post over at Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon. I hope everyone is doing well.

For my project today I made a coffee theme card using the PPPR Java Great Day Cutting Files. Love that face on the coffee cup and I'm sure it's going to put a smile on the face of the person receiving this card. The embossing folder is a Sizzix Tim Holtz folder and after embossing it I went over it with Tim Holtz sanding block tool. The hey GIRL I punched out from a sheet of printed paper and the post card paper is also from a printed paper. The perfect sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps Coffee Sentiments as well as the coffee beans.

For my project I used both of the New December 2015 release along with two other older sets. The pink cup is from PCS Sip Enjoy Relax (older PCS set) and the blue cup is from the New PCS Coffee Faces.
Both of the faces on the cups are from the  PCS Coffee Faces. I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the cups. The sentiments along with the coffee beans are from PCS Coffee Sentiments. The little hearts are from PCS Snack Time.

To make the coffee ring stains I stamped my clear acrylic block with some Tim Holtz Ground Espresso Distress ink and than spayed some water on it, smeared it together with my finger. Than I used the bottom of a pill bottle to stamped the coffee ring stains.
