Showered with LOVE

Hello everyone and Happy Friday! Here is my April Shower not a card project for PBD. I altered a Michaels dollar frame by painting the back and the sides with Adirondack Pool Acrylic Paint, than I added a thin layer of Mod Podge to the front of the frame before putting the Snap Chevron Printed Paper. I than inked the edges of the frame with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons Happy Rainbow cutting file for the clouds. the hearts are from a silhouette cut file. The banner is from Pink By Design Everyday Banners stamp set  and the sentiment is from  Pink By Design Country Living stamp set.
