Die Cuttin' Divas Butterfly challenge #375

This weeks challenge #375 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is all about Butterfly's
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is SVG Cutting Files

For my project I decided to use the "Adorable Butterfly" cut file from SVG Cutting Files. Before gluing the butterfly together I inked it with Tim Holtz Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick and Shabby Shutters Distress Ink. I also added Waterfall and Purple Stickles to the circles of the butterfly. The card is from Cricut Birthday Bash Cartridge. I inked the scalloped layer of the card with Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Ink and then I added some stitching. The sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps " Spring Flowers" set and the little butterfly is from Recollections. I had fun putting this card together and can't wait to mail it out.

Die Cuttin' Divas Embossing challenge #374

This weeks challenge #374 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Heat or Dry Embossing
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is our very own Leslie from CA Scrapper.

For my project I made a card for my father in-law who is always on his iPad or iPhone and loves emojis. To create my emoji I used the center of the Happy Flower from Cricut Simply Charmed Cartridge and the mustache is from Cricut Billionaire Cartridge. I used Cuttlebug Mr. Maverick embossed folder which tied in perfectly with the emoji and I used a black Sharpie Pen (fine)  to add stitching around the card.

Die Cuttin' Divas Masculine/Father's Day challenge #373

This weeks challenge #373 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is a Masculine/Father's Day
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is Scrapbook Adhesives

For this challenge I decided to go with a Father's Day card using the "Man's Suit A2 Card" from My Scrap Chick. I thought this would be perfect for my husband being that he has to wear a suit for work. I was so excited to make this card that I forgot to size it before I cut it out and that's why the blue tie one is smaller but that worked out perfect because than I remembered I had that Mickey paper and I just couldn't pass up the chance to use it.  The sentiment on the red tie card is from Pink By Design "Animated Greetings 2" stamp set. The sentiment for the blue tie card is from Pink By Design "Artisan Tags" stamp set. I used white embossing powder for both sentiments.

Die Cuttin' Divas Anything Goes challenge #372

This weeks challenge #372 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is a Sketch
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is The Cutting Cafe

For this challenge I made two A2 size cards using the Cricut Hello Kitty Greeting Cartridge. I cut the circles from My Creative Time "Bunch of Fun Circle Does" and  free handed the banners  from yellow paper than added yellow stickles to it. The embossing fold I got at Joanna's and its called "Graduation" from Park Lane (love it!) The little hearts and starts are from My Creative Time 4X4 Journal Die + More (this is my all time fave set just because of the those little hearts and starts), I also added stickles to them. The Congrats you finished sentiment is from Pink By Design "Animated Greetings 3" stamp set and "The tassel was worth the hassle" is from Pink By Design "Hats Off" stamp set.
