Die Cuttin' Divas Easter challenge #362

This weeks challenge #362 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Easter

and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

For my project I made two Easter bunny treat holders. The cut file is from SVG CUTTING FILES "Fun Size Bunny Holder". I couldn't resist making a girl and boy bunny, they just look so cute together. You could fill them with candy or for the older kids money.

Thank you for stopping by today and don't forget to stop by the Die Cuttin' Divas Blog
to check out the rest of the design teams beautiful projects HERE.

I hope you have a great week and wish you a very Happy Easter!

PPPR DT ~ Happy Easter

Hi and Happy Thursday!

Today I would like to share with you a super cute little Easter treat holder I made for my PPPR posting day. I used the Happy Pumpkin Treat Bag Cutting Files for the base of the treat holder.  I removed the mouth of the pumpkin before cutting than trimmed off stem and leafs by hand. The egg shape and grass are from Hoppy Easter Cutting Files. For the big egg shape I ran it thought the Cuttlebug  with "Charles" embossing folder, than I smooth over some Tim Holtz Victorian Velvet distress ink  over and around the edges. The adorable little chick is from  the Cute Chicks Cutting Files. I used Peachy Keen "Critter Faces" stamp set for the face. The sentiment is from  PBD "Artisan Tags 2" stamp set and I stamped it on a image from Speech Bubbles Cutting Files.

For my project I made a project life pocket page scrapbook layout. I used PPPR "Hoppy Easter Cutting Files" for the "Hoppy Easter", eggs and bunny. For the grass I used PPPR "Flower Assortment Cutting Files". The super cute sentiment is from MCS "Happy Easter" stamp set and I stamped it on the second image from PPPR "Layered Labels 2 Cutting Files".

I used Heid Swapp Color Shine to splatter some color on some of the page. The colors I used are Black Velvet, Primrose, Mustard and Teal. First time using and I really like the way it came out. I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink around the eggs and around most of the paper. For the grass I used chalk.

The Welcome Easter Bunny card and the pink egg shape card is from Becky Higgns Mini Holiday Project Life kit. The yellow polka dot card is from Becky Higgns Blush core kit. The arrow is from PPPR "Best Buddies Cutting Files". The love you sentiment is from  MCS "Happy Easter" stamp set. I only used part of the sentiment. The whole sentiment said "Some bunny loves you. I used Peachy Keen Animal Faces stamp for the bunny's faces.
