Die Cuttin' Divas #393 Anything Goes Challenge

Hi guys! I hope everyone is doing well and Welcome back for another DCD challenge.

This weeks challenge #393 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Anything Goes
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

I decided to make a Mickey Birthday card for this challenge. I found this super cool card base on the Cricut "Birthday Bash" cartridge and added two more layers of starts to the main star and cut some smaller ones out to use as embellishments. I also added some yellow Stickles to the yellow starts. The super happy Mickey Mouse is form Cricut "Mickey and Friends" cartridge.

I think the layer starts with Mickey Mouse would be perfect for a scrapbook page.

I also added two layers of starts to the inside.

Die Cuttin' Divas #392 Halloween Challenge

Welcome back for another DCD challenge and I hope everyone is doing well.

This weeks challenge #392 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Halloween
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

For this weeks challenge I made two treat holders using the Cricut "Slumber Party" cartridge. I found the "Skeleton Pumpkin" cut file over at Miss Kate Cuttables. Since I wanted to give a treat bag to my husband and my daughter I thought it would fun to change the face on the pumpkin of my daughters treat bag. I googled Sally color pages and was lucking to find a color page that worked great with the pumpkin cut and thankfully I was able to get it to work in the Cricut Design Space (still learning how to use it). The pattern paper is from "DCWV" The Fall Stack paper pad. I used Tim Holtz Hickory Smoke and Wilted Violet Distress ink on the treat holders and Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress ink on the pumpkins. Both sentiments are from My Creative Time "Teeny Tag Holidays" stamp set. The little bats are from Martha Stewart EEEK/Bat punch.
I really love the way they turned out

Welcome back for another DCD challenge and I hope everyone is doing well.

This weeks challenge #391 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Food
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

For this weeks challenge I decided to add a little Disney to it for I have a special someone in mind that I want to send this to. The card is an A2 size and the  Mickey shape donut is from SVG Cutting Files "Sweets for my Sweet" blog hop back in February 2015. The pattern paper is from American Crafts Cedar Lane paper pack. The awesome sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Donut Worry, Be Happy" stamp set and the chevron die cut is from My Creative Time "Tag Die Layers" die set. I used Tim Holtz Tea Dye & Ground Espresso Distress ink on the Mickey donut and the tiny little hearts are from my stash.

For this card I use the same Mickey Donut SVG Cutting Files "Sweets for my Sweet" blog hop back in February 2015 and made it into a shape card. I used Tim Holtz Tea Dye and Ground Espresso Distress ink.

The sentiment on the inside is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Donut Worry, Be Happy" stamp set.

This weeks challenge #390 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is a 3D Project

For my 3D project I went with a Happy Birthday Box from Silhouette store design ID #47689
I got the Hello Kitty cut file from an old FaceBook group called SVG COOP which is now closed. Also added yellow Stickles to the crown and hearts.
For the 2nd box I went smaller but it's the same cute file I just removed the Happy Birthday that was going around the box. The Princess cut is from Silhouette store ID #9459 and the hearts are also from the Silhouette store design ID #15667. I added yellow Stickles to the crown and hearts. Let me just start with how much I enjoy and love Dead Pool:) I have to say it's a move that ALWAYS makes me laugh and boy would I love to meet Ryan Reynolds he's awesome!!!
Okay know on to my project. I was lucky to be in a group a while back on Facebook that sadly does not exist anymore (SVG COOP) due to people not respecting the rules and I was able to get a this file from there. My card base is a 5X5 and the Dead Pool Tsum Tsum is from SVG Coop. I inked Dead Pool with Tim Holtz Fired Brick and Pumice Stone Distress ink. The tiny starts are from My Creative Time " 4X4 Journal Die + More set" ans the sentiment is from Window Sentiments & Flowers stamp set. Pattern paper is from Amy Tangerine Stitched paper pack and DCWV "Sweet & Sassy" paper pack. I used a gel pen for  faux stitching.
