Die Cuttin' Divas Anything Goes challenge #380

This weeks challenge #380 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Anything Goes
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is "Newton's Nook Designs".

For today's project I made a heart shape card which I got from the Cricut "Hello Kitty Greetings" Cartridge.  I went with a print and cut for the Jack and Sally which I found in google and did some hand stitching around the heart with a black pen. The little tiny hearts I cut out from My Creative Time "4X4 Journal Dies and More.

I did some more hand stitching in the inside of the card and the sentiment is from Pink By Design "Love Today" stamp set. I also added two tiny Mickey heads which I punched out of vellum paper. Not sure if you can see it but there's one on each side of the sentiment.

Don't forget you have until Monday August 6th to play along with us for a chance to win a  Store Credit from "Newton's Nook Designs".

Die Cuttin' Divas Christmas in July challenge #379

This weeks challenge #379 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Christmas in July
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is Avery Elle

I really enjoyed putting this Hello Kitty shape card together and I know who I'm going to send it to for Christmas. I was so lucky that I found this adorable cut file for free thanks to Ruthie over at September Ninth Designs. Thank you so much Ruthie! I made Hello Kitty into a shape card with my Cricut and decided to leave off the little heart that was on it since the pattern paper I used had tiny white hearts on it. I inked up the printed paper with Tim Holtz Barn Door Distress Ink. I used my  Snow Marker on the top of the stocking and added to Christmas Red Skickles to the holly.

Don't forget you have until Monday July 30th to play along with us for a chance to win a  Gift Card from Avery Elle

This weeks challenge #378 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is Lots of Layers
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is Dreaming Tree

Let me just start by saying how much I love how this turned out and I had fun making it. So many possibility:) For this project I used Dreaming Tree "Apple Blossom Lantern". I used regular card stock for all of it but vellum would be amazing for the top. Dreaming Tree has a video on their blog and they use vellum. Make sure to check it out. I inked up all the flowers with Tim Holtz  Picked Raspberry  Distress  Ink and the leafs with Tim Holtz Mowed Lawn Distress Ink.

I think this would be wonderful for Tea Parts or even a table next to your reading chair:)
Dreaming Tree also has some free files you may want to check out.

Don't forget you have until Monday July 23rd to play along with us for a chance to win a  Gift Card from Dreaming Tree.

Die Cuttin' Divas Add a Circle challenge #377

This weeks challenge #377 over at Die Cuttin' Divas is add a circle
and we sure hope you can play along with us HERE.

This weeks sponsor is Lawn Fawn

For the layer on my card I used the Cuttlebug Seeing Spots embossing folder. I than added a strip of  pattern paper from Lawn Fawn Let's Polka In The Meadow paper pack onto a piece of white paper so that I would be able to stamp my sentiment on. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn Out of this World stamp set. I cut out the word love from Lawn Fawn Scripty Love die and covered it with Sparkle Mod Podge and than added some Martha Stewart Crystal Mint glitter. Once that was dried I went over it with a thin layer of the  Sparkle Mod Podge so that glitter wouldn't come off. The world image is stamped from Lawn Fawn Out of this World stamp set and I colored it with Tim Holtz Shabby Shutters and Salty Ocean Distress Inks. The two tiny hearts are from My Creative Time 4X4 Journal Die + More.

I really love the look of this card and how it turned out:)
Don't forget you have until Monday July 16th to play along with us for a chance to win a $25 Gift Card from Lawn Fawn.
