Tag with Circle Punches

Today is tip day over at PBD. The tip is to use your punches as a tool to make tags for your Cards or Scrapbooks. For my card I used two different circle punches after stamping my PBD sentiment from Simply Everything Stamp Set. Hello Kitty is cut at 2.41 height and 3.54 width from the Hello Kitty Greetings Cricut cart. I added some Star Dust Stickles to the bow.
